Sawgrass Players Club Association Inc.

also known as the Master Association, is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the deed covenants and restrictions that apply to each property within the Sawgrass Players Club area. The Master Association controls and levies fees for the repair and maintenance of the association's common property, roads and drainage system. The association is responsible for the controlled access to Players Club property and the Architectural Review Board.

There are approximately 1,800 properties units in the Players Club -single-family homes, patio homes, condominiums and a variety of living units at Vicar's Landing retirement community. Commercial properties within the purview of the association are the Marriott at Sawgrass Resort, Sawgrass Village and adjacent property.
Within Players Club are 17 sub-associations each with its own Board of Directors. The sub-associations also levy fees for maintenance of common properties and administration costs within the corresponding neighborhood.

MAY Management Services manages all aspects of the property that the Master Association controls. Its offices in Ponte Vedra are located near the south entrance to Sawgrass Country Club at 10036 Sawgrass Drive West.
The Master Association's nine-member Board of Directors meets once a month, hearing from 8 committees that deal with issues of concern to the membership.
